Cloudified PLC is a UK-listed company on the London Stock Exchange. A majority shareholding was acquired to support a future corporate transaction and relisting process. The company is currently focused on establishing a clear operating strategy and governance framework as it prepares for the next phase of its development.

Our Partnership

Salonica has partnered with Cloudified following the acquisition of a majority shareholding, with the intention to relist the entity through a Reverse Takeover (RTO) in due course. Our role is to support Cloudified in strengthening governance, defining its strategic direction, and ensuring that the company is appropriately positioned to pursue future opportunities within the parameters of regulatory requirements.

Strategic Focus

Cloudified’s near-term priority is to meet all regulatory obligations associated with the relisting process while evaluating suitable opportunities for its future operating mandate. Working alongside Salonica, Cloudified aims to build a stable and well-governed platform capable of supporting long-term growth once the relisting is complete.
